 
Made-to-Order
Because each pair of Ann Roth Shoes is made to order, they are all unique and slightly different. Should any variations of fabric, ribbon, trim, or embellishments be necessary, we will contact you for approval before continuing with your order.
Payment Terms
100% payment upfront is required on all standard orders from our current collection, charged when your shoes are shipped. Custom orders require a $50 deposit, charged upon final signoff, and the balance charged when your shoes are shipped. Please see Custom Designs for more information.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of placing your order to ensure that you are not charged. We cannot offer refunds once your card has been charged and your shoes have shipped. See Exchanges for more information.
Exchanges
We want you to love your Ann Roth Shoes! If you receive your order and are unhappy with your shoes for any reason, you may exchange them within 7 business days for a one-time online shopping credit equal to the purchase amount. Shoes must be unworn, in original box with tissue and ribbons. You will need to pay for the return shipping, but we will take care of the shipping back to you for your replacement order. Only one exchange credit can be given per pair of shoes ordered. Since each pair is made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds.
Ownership of Design
Ann Roth Shoes holds the exclusive rights to the designs we create. We may recreate any custom orders for other customers, future collections, or for advertising and marketing purposes. You agree to release any drawings, ideas, or designs submitted to Ann Roth Shoes, we have the right to use these submissions at our discretion. Any idea or design that you do not wish to release should not be submitted.
Shipping
Standard Ground shipping takes 7–10 business days and Express Shipping is roughly 2–3 business days to most continental U.S. cities. Any variances will be communicated to you by e-mail. Shipping schedules and prices for all international orders will be communicated on a per-order basis.
Sizing and Shoe Material
All Ann Roth Shoes have padded insoles, fabric uppers and heel cup, jute soles with a rubber bottom, and a 3-inch heel. They are available in whole European sizes.
